2. Package the item securely and include the original invoice and RA number.

3. Ship the item to the return address provided in the RA confirmation.

Please do not return any products without obtaining an RA number, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs
